EPF / PF Calculator क्या है?
EPF यानी Employees’ Provident Fund नौकरीपेशा कर्मचारियों के लिए retirement savings से जुड़ी व्यवस्था है। EPF/PF Calculator की मदद से आप अपने Basic Salary और DA के आधार पर अनुमान लगा सकते हैं कि हर महीने कर्मचारी और employer की ओर से कितना contribution हो सकता है।
सामान्य EPF contribution structure में employee contribution 12% होता है। Employer के contribution में से एक हिस्सा EPF और एक हिस्सा EPS यानी Employees’ Pension Scheme में जाता है। EPFO की प्रकाशित contribution information में employee contribution 12% तथा employer contribution के EPF और EPS हिस्से दिए गए हैं।
EPF Contribution कैसे Calculate होता है?
उदाहरण के लिए यदि calculation के लिए Basic Salary + DA ₹15,000 लिया गया है, तो employee का 12% contribution ₹1,800 प्रति माह होगा।

EPS contribution pension component में जाता है, इसलिए employer का पूरा contribution सीधे EPF balance में नहीं जुड़ता। EPFO के अनुसार EPS में employee का अलग contribution नहीं होता; employer contribution का निर्धारित हिस्सा EPS में जाता है।
EPF Interest Rate
EPF account पर interest rate हर financial year के लिए निर्धारित किया जाता है। FY 2025-26 के लिए EPFO के Central Board of Trustees ने 8.25% annual interest rate recommend किया है। Calculator में 8.25% को default रखा गया है, लेकिन आप आवश्यकता के अनुसार rate बदल सकते हैं।
Actual EPF interest calculation केवल साधारण annual multiplication से अलग हो सकती है, क्योंकि account में monthly contributions और interest crediting का timing भी महत्वपूर्ण होता है। इसलिए इस tool का result estimate के रूप में देखना चाहिए।
EPF/PF Calculator का इस्तेमाल कैसे करें?
1. Basic Salary + DA डालें
सबसे पहले अपना monthly Basic Salary और applicable DA amount डालें। EPF calculation में salary component scheme/rules के अनुसार लिया जाता है।
2. Service Period डालें
आपने कितने साल नौकरी की है, वह Service Period में डालें। अतिरिक्त महीनों को अलग से भी दर्ज किया जा सकता है।
3. Interest Rate डालें
Calculator में default EPF interest rate 8.25% रखा गया है। भविष्य में official rate बदलने पर calculator में नया rate manually डाला जा सकता है।
4. Calculate EPF पर क्लिक करें
Calculate button दबाने पर employee contribution, employer EPF, EPS और estimated interest सहित पूरा calculation दिखाई देगा।

EPF Balance कैसे Check करें?
अपने वास्तविक EPF balance को जानने के लिए EPFO की Member Passbook service का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। EPFO की official passbook service में UAN और password से login करके EPF account details देखी जा सकती हैं।
इस calculator का result केवल अनुमान के लिए है। वास्तविक account balance के लिए EPFO passbook/account records को प्राथमिकता दें।
